Do not give your password over the phone to anyone claiming to be from the HelpDesk or Tech Support

Always repeated never respected.

No one from the HelpDesk or Tech Support will ever ask you for your password. If we need to access your account for some reason, and cannot contact you in time, we will reset the password and notify you by voicemail. Anyone calling and asking you for your password is most likely trying to gain unauthorized access to our network. If you receive such a call, notify your supervisor immediately.

Single Sing-On in the cloud ...

A lot of information’s are now broadcasted about Microsoft Azure ...

But only few of them seems to concern the possibility using Azure to enable a single sign-one for applications that are deployed both on premises and in the cloud…

This is achieved by a mix of the following technology :

· Windows Azure

· Active Directory Federation Services

· Windows Identity Foundation ( Geneva)

Installing Ubuntu 10.4 under Hyper-V R2

I'm currently testing Ubuntu as a cloud client ...

For my test I had to use Hyper-V as an host hypervisor.

I noticed that even if the virtual machine "addition" (understand "drivers")  are built-tin in the distribution 10.4, they are not active by default.
